Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules. EU consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence.

Disputes

You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at info@ipoarc.com.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.

Changes
