IPO Arc: the rise and fall after listingIPO Arc

About IPO Arc

IPO Arc (ipoarc.com) is an independent research platform that tracks US operating-company IPOs priced since 2024 through their full post-listing lifecycle — from the initial hype and lock-up window through the typical "valley" that follows, and into recovery or further distribution.

We publish impersonal, rule-based research signals (buy, sell or short, and related labels) that are identical for every reader. These signals are generated from frozen rules that were developed and tested on historical US IPO data and are now tracked live. The free public site exists to give investors transparent, systematic visibility into IPO behavior and to generate interest in future subscription tiers.

Mission statement

Our mission is to make the post-IPO journey transparent, measurable, and free of hype. We believe investors benefit when research is rule-based, fully disclosed, and available without requiring a relationship or large minimum. Greater transparency around lock-ups, early price action, and systematic edges helps individual and professional investors make better-informed decisions and contributes to a healthier, more competitive market.

Why this service has value

Most IPOs follow a recognizable pattern: an early peak, a material drawdown, and a long period of digestion around the lock-up. Traditional research often focuses on the offering itself or on fundamental coverage after the fact. IPO Arc focuses on the mechanical and statistical realities of the first 12–18 months. By publishing the exact rules, the historical edges, and tracking the live results, we give users a transparent framework they can evaluate for themselves rather than opaque "calls."
